Why?

Dynamics Consulting Group is a collection of professionals, young and old, with a desire to see small organizations survive start-up, and thrive in the long-term.
That desire comes from these three passions:

Love for People

Each person, made in the image of God, and with
purpose - no exceptions.

Love for Organizations

All shapes, all sectors, and all sizes. We love organizations, how they run, and what makes them healthy.

Dynamic, in its use as an adjective, is defined as “a force that stimulates change or progress within a system or process” or “a basic force, especially one that motivates, affects development or stability, etc.”

It’s this meaning that inspired our name, and we believe that careful attention to healthy dynamics in people, organizations, relationships, and the space we inhabit directly connects with the achievement of goals, pursuit of success, and contentment.

As an adverb, people, organizations, relationships and space can be dynamic, that is “characterized by constant change, activity, or progress, positive in attitude and full of energy and new ideas”.

Tying those 2 ideas together, we believe that the pursuit of the dynamic that defines health in ourselves, organizations, relationships and space produces dynamic people, organizations, relationships and spaces.

Dynamics Consulting Group was founded by Steve VanPoolen and has grown in its vision and capabilities as God has brought others into it over time.
